วันนี้ (28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2555) เวลา 09.45 น. นาวาอากาศเอกสมศักดิ์ ขาวสุวรรณ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เตือนภัยพิบัติแห่งชาติ กระทรวงเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และ นายรอยล จิตรดอน ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันสารสนเทศทรัพยากรน้ำและการเกษตร (องค์การมหาชน) กระทรวงวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ได้ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงการดำเนินงาน “โครงการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลกลางเพื่อการเตือนภัยจากน้ำท่วมและดินถล่ม” ณ ห้องประชุม 1 ชั้น 14 สถาบันสารสนเทศทรัพยากรน้ำและการเกษตร (องค์การมหาชน)
